1. Editions of medieval sources:
a) sources for the study of medieval Rus’ (Professor Adrian Jusupović).

2. Other research topics in the field of medieval history:
a) the manuscript traditions of canon law collections from the late 11th and early 12th century; preparation of the habilitation thesis entitled Canon Law in the milieu of Ivo of Chartres (d. 1115). A Historical Study on “Collectio Tripartita” (Dr Przemysław Nowak);
b) history of medieval Rus’ (Professor Adrian Jusupović);
c) history of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania in the late Middle Ages and the early modern period (Dr Dominik Szulc, Ms Joanna Kunigielis).

3. Editions of sources from the modern era:
a) The Lithuanian Metrica, memoirs, and resolutions adopted by conventions of nobility (Professor Andrzej Rachuba);
b) edition of the correspondence between Stanisław August Poniatowski and Antoni Augustyn Deboli (Dr Ewa Zielińska, co-operation Dr Adam Danilczyk).

b) catalogues of officials of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania of the 16th–18th c. (Professor Andrzej Rachuba).
c) The Jurydyka of Vilnius Cathedral; The Vilnius Cathedral chapter. Lithuanian clergy; The careers of bishop-senators of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania compared to the careers of bishop-senators of the Polish Crown during the late Renaissance (1548–1632) (Dr Wioletta Pawlikowska-Butterwick).

  • “Edition of the acts of the dietine [sejmik] of Kaunas [Kowno] from 1733–1795”, project leader: Dr Monika Jusupović, co-operation: Dr Liudas Glemža (funded by NCN).
  • “The Jagiellonian period and its heritage under the First Republic: a history of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania and the relations of the Jagiellonian state with the East”, research project affiliated with the Polish Historical Society; project leader: Professor Andrzej Rachuba, co-operation: Dr Dominik Szulc (funded by NPRH).
    The project also includes the following sub-projects:
    • “Edition and commentary of a sermon for the liturgical feast De divisione Apostolorum and the commemoration of the battle of Grunwald in the Polish sermons of the Jagiellonian period (before 1500)”, project leader: Professor Krzysztof Bracha (task no. 6 within the sub-project “The Jagiellonian period and its heritage under the First Republic (before 1795): a history of religion and culture, a history of ideas”; project leader: Professor Paweł Kras);
    • “The diplomatic codex of Švitrigaila [Świdrygiełło], the Grand Duke of Lithuania (before 1452)”, project leader: Dr Przemysław Nowak.
  • “Instructions of Russian ambassadors in Poland, 1772–1793”, project leader: Dr Adam Danilczyk, co-operation: Dr Jacek Kordel, Dr Vadim Anipiarkou, Mr Sławomir Łuczak (funded by NPRH).
  • “The Galician–Volhynian Chronicle as a historical collection”, project leader: Professor Adrian Jusupović (funded by NCN).
  • Monumenta Vaticana res gestas Polonicas illustrantia: an edition of sources of papal provenance for the study of late medieval Poland (before 1394)”, project leader: Dr hab. Marek D. Kowalski, participants: Mr Adam Zapała, Ms Anna Zajchowska (funded by NPRH).
