REQUIREMENTS:

PhD (History),
plan for the habilitation,
research experience and scientific achievements confirmed by publications in the field of research on the History (also works accepted for publishing),
research experience in the field of settlement networks and old Podlasie, also knowledge of social and legal realities in Middle Ages and early modern History,
research experience in working with historical sources (exspecially manuscripts),
knowledge of medieval Latin (good),
knowledge of medieval Latin and Russian paleography (excellent),
knowledge of modern language: Russian and at least one other (preferred English, German),
consent to be included in the number of employees conducting research activity during the employment period, i.e. in the number N for the purposes of the algorithm for allocating the base subsidy to statutory activity.

Candidates are requested to submit the following documents*

letter of application for employment addressed to the director of the Institute,
Curriculum Vitae,
a copy of the doctoral diploma,
information on scientific achievements and the list of publications,
candidate’s declaration that if succesfully selected for the position, IH PAN will be their primary place of work,
